Refund & Exchange Policy

At Tiny Tales Studio, every artwork is thoughtfully created and produced specifically for you. As most of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we encourage customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Each canvas, framed artwork, and personalized print is created based on the information, images, and customization options provided by the customer. Due to the custom nature of these products, orders cannot typically be modified, returned, or cancelled once production has begun.

Quality Assurance

We take great care in ensuring that every order meets our quality standards before it is shipped. However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, damage during transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue promptly, customers may be requested to provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A complete unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product upon delivery

Resolution Process

After reviewing the submitted information, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or other suitable solution.

Requests submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for review.

Color & Image Variations

Please note that slight variations in color, brightness, texture, and appearance may occur due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, lighting conditions, and material characteristics. Such variations are considered normal and do not affect the quality of the product.
