At Tiny Tales Studio, every artwork is thoughtfully created and produced specifically for you. Since most of our products are personalized and made-to-order, each order goes through a careful production process before it is shipped.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, our team begins preparing your artwork for production. Personalized products may require additional processing time to ensure the final design meets our quality standards.

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the product type and customization requirements.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Timeline

We currently ship across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within:

3–6 business days

from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Regional serviceability

  • Peak shopping periods and festivals

In certain rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 9 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where applicable).

Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Tiny Tales Studio shall not be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Failure to receive the shipment at the provided address

If an address change is required after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, modifications cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Personalized Orders

As all personalized products are created specifically for each customer, production begins shortly after order confirmation.

Customers are requested to carefully review all customization details, uploaded images, names, dates, messages, and shipping information before placing an order.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend recording an unboxing video and taking clear photographs of the packaging and product.

Any shipping-related concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so that our team can review the issue and assist accordingly.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across most serviceable locations within India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on courier partner coverage and remote-area serviceability.
